hey guy's im going to buy this wee guy today...he's very small 3". what food should i purchase when i collect him? i saw they had all the usual frozen stuff..bloodworm,,mysis shrimp,cyclops,lobster eggs..Im already feeing a few small fronts NLS 1mm pellet.

he will be housed with a few baby frontosa(probably not a good idea but they are only 1.5") and really shy..so i hope he can handle it!

Fronts, are you not taking in considerations for different pH requirements?

oh..i did..sorry should have said. I've kept my fonts ph at around 7.2. it never goes higher. very stable. i'll post a pic or 2 soon!

ok guys..here he is!! only 3". despite the lens making him look like a monster!! really attractive fish i have to say. He's been in the tank for about 5 hours now. Fronts have no interest in him whatsoever..in fact he's swimming round like he owns the place. Lording it up,so he is. Hope you like the pics. I managed to get him eating..he had a nip at some frozen lobster eggs,a little bit of frozen mysis shrimp and im nearly sure i saw him eat a pellet of NLS.

would you guys be able to help me out...i picked up bloodworm today and he's loving it. now i dont want to get him used to eating bloodworm or other frozen foods..over pellets. so far i've seen him eat mysis,lobster eggs and now bloodworm..im happy that he's eating.
im not sure if he's had a pellet or two. its hard to tell as he wont hang round the same end of the tank when feeding. If i cant get him on pellets from the get go..should i just give him the frozen stuff? or should i stay away from the frozen foods until he's taking the pellet.
What do you guy's do regarding diet and feeding?
