Love that new ray of yours LJ,it looks really special.
Ive never seen a Pearl with that kind of pattern to the outer disc.......theres no chance its a hybrid is there?.....have you seen the parents or any of its siblings?
The base colour is also very different to any Pearl ive ever seen though i take on board what your saying about the camera.

I was assured it was 100% Pearl, captive bred. I did not see the parents. But I am convinced it is indeed a pearl. Definitely not an aparicio, though I share your sentiments. I feel I have one of the nicer aparicios around and this ray is no aparicio. Its a lot more blonde than the pictures dictate. I will get better shots in due time.
