I recall Zoodiver saying he injects all WC rays with panacur as part of his quarantine method.
Zoodiver injects food with panacur, not directly into the ray. Parasites and gill flukes do not get into the bloodstream and are external and seperate from the ray. Injecting the ray will do nothing.

also if you have parasites in your tank you need to treat the whole tank not just a single ray. the parasites can be in your filtration, other fish, and tank. you are making this alot harder than what it should be. prazi wont kill off your bb and wont hurt other fish. just treat the tank and then update us.

I do not believe that a parasite will cause otherwise healthy rays to crash in 4 days.

Very good point, I think that all too often people blame the new fish and parasites, in reality the system could have been weak and the new addition pushes out an Ammonia spike whilst maybe the PH was swinging and maybe there was a lot of Nitrate in the tank at the same time, it can all add up to fish dieing.

I have been in sooo many shops hearing some person whine that the guppies they bought killed the rest of the tank, by the end of the conversation you find out they have been washing out their filters under the tap....I am not suggesting that the poster does not know what they are doing but even the experts get the basics wrong sometimes.

BTW, I heard someone the other day claiming that the LFS RO water killed all their fish????
