I have 3 pelcos in a 55 gal tank - a common, albino, and a spotted one (apologies as I have yet to read the whole Lxxx naming convention).... Was wondering what other pelcos would work out well with these guys?

The three often feed together and hide in the same log crevice.

My LFS stocks royals, albino bristlenose, and a pointy blue shark looking fish that sticks to the glass that looks like a shark more than a pelco but the LFS calls it a rare pelco... i know the third one is vague but would any of these fit well with my existing pelcs?

Also have another 55 gal with a jar and a common pelc.

A breeding pair of albino or normal bristlenose plecs would work, you coudl even get a group of 4 and increase your chances of a pair...then breed and sell.

royals sounds nice, but arent u pushin it with so many plecos?

i would be if they were monster sized - right now they are 5 inch babies and when they do outgrow the tank, am going to toss them into my backyard pond until i can afford a bigger aquarium setup.

no territorial or aggression issues with royals if mixed into my current? tank is bare bottom with 3 14 inch real logs that all have cracks and holes they can swim into.

You might be pushing the bioload on the 55, if you have a good filter I would say go with a royal. I have a ommon plec he's just a little over 15" and he is straining my 55 which has a 10x change over rate.
