Quick update (hope the OP doesn´t mind this minor hijack of his thread):
- 1 of the bigger and 2 of the smaller ones are eating pellets without spitting.
I am confident the rest will follow.
I soaked the pellets for a couple of minutes so they get a bit softer. It seems to help.
