I always mixed in pellets with other foods like frozen blood worms. They would accidentally eat pellets and spit them out, but eventually they accepted it. Keeping them with pellet trained fish helps. They tend to be aggressive feeders and seeing other fish eating something that appears to be food seems to piss them off lol. They dont like watching others eating while they arnt eating.

as long as they dont get big enough to swallow the sunny, they will grow much faster. Provide plenty of hiding spots, my bass always chased my small sunnies but further than that, never had a problem

i caught lots of fry and small bass using a regular cup at the edge of a local pond. was night fishing, was packing it up and figured ide take a few minutes to look in the shallows, i saw tons of the little guys mixed in the weeds. find one close enough to the surface and scoop em up thats all. hes doubled in size within the last few weeks, cant believe the appetite on this guy. i got a brown bullhead fry same day, same way.

Get a minnow trap plastic version I catch babies all day long in my backyard. If I could sell them I would at 2 to 3 inches.

You could sell them here at MFK or at a fish auction
