Many people think that Dats are bright yellow with bold black stripes 100% of the time... in reality only 15% of the Datnoid fish population is stable 100% of the time, and they command I high price.. I am currently looking and waiting for the perfect NGT.
I would say an 8" aro will be too large for the dat in no time.. It doesnt really matter what size aro you get though, because Dats grow soooo slow! Arowanas grow so fast in comparison. As long as you keep the aro nice and full there shouldnt be a problem. Worse comes to worse you spend 25$ and get a new Dat if it is eaten... you should be able to find ST near you for a great price anyway!
. and i'm still a student , so STs are way out of my budget thats why i went for 3bar ITs . cheers bro Ade;5111292; said:What a good looking 3 bar Indo. The middle bar sweeps back to a point just like ST. Keep it. Decent 3 bar Indos are in high demand.
