I tried both sinking and floating cichlid bio gold and all my fish ignore them...

Glad it work!! Some of mine are still not taking it willingly. Just take a spit it out.

Yup. GF food and high in protein. I have grown rays with this as well and the breeder themselves was also shock to see the growth rate of my rays and not to mention the thickness of the fish.
