Since NLS changed their pellets my aros quit eating them. I am still a firm believer in quality food and ingredients but I've only had good luck with the hot dog food....Hikari sticks are the staple for my aros. its easy to get and they eat it. I still feed NLS to most of my other fish but it is expensive and I have found cheaper alternatives. My aros will also eat OMega 1 pellets but they contain ethoxyquin which isn't good.......
I think I got a feather stuck in my teeth from eating all that crow.
