Agreed.

I feed my Balls live. I feed my female dead or alive. I am weary of it. But I do it.

Sometimes I do it for more than just to feed.. Some tiems I feed for entertainment. I do not tease though.

i mean its interesting to see live feeds but it has to be safe for youre pet like not a giant rat being fed to a mid sized monitor, the monitor would more than likely get scratched and bitten.

I see stuff more cruel than this on youtube. I dont like to see any of it, its ridiculous how some people get kicks off watching animals suffer. Ive seen some really cruel stuff like a duckling being fed to an Aro, 10 inch Bass being destroyed by a Snakehead, Crayfish against a scorpion, amoing other things. Its usually videos where people match up animals where theres no contest at all. One is smaller, weaker and pretty much defensless and they get thrills from seeing an animal tortured. I do believe some people shouldnt be allowed to have pets with this kinda mentality.

The best thing you ca do is dont go looking for these videos.

Also, An Animal has to eat, (Dont try raising a lion on Tofu) Might be gross but its not different then us on thanksgiving. People who complain about this normally dont have any education in some animals, They cant tell the Difference between tortise and turtle

I believe in live feeds... But I don't see the zoo feeding lions the gazelles across the fence or any live food .. Well here anyway..

It is different then us on thanksgiving. Well, different then my family at least. I mean, I dunno, you might do things differently with your family. With my family, we buy a dead bird, cook it up, and eat it. Do your family throw a live turkey onto the table, bite into it, and fight over it?


The problem is not with the live feeding. If you knew me at all, you would not be throwing around ignorant comments about me not having any education in these animals. Here is a pic of my setup:

In fact, it seems like you may be the one lacking information on this. This was not necessary. In any way. Beardies do not require live feedings of herps or mammals to survive. But again, if you had taken the time out to actually read the thread, you would have noticed I was not complaining about the live feeding. Rather, I was complaining about the owner teasing the beardie, and then allowing two grown beardies to fight over food.
