have you ever seen a perfectly built ball bearing? Those things can spin for hours and hours. The energy lost in that system is almost zero. However, some energy is lost, via sound and heat. Same with that magnet. Magnets lose their properties after a while. It might take a long time, but it will happen.

This is correct. Magnets have stored energy that can overcome the energy of the wheels inertia and drag. For a while this wheel can spin and even accelerate but after time the magnets will lose power and the wheel will stop. It takes a long time being said that there arent any mechanical flaws. But the machine will eventually stop working as the magnets lose their properties.
