Puffers to me have the most personality... i know mine love to come out of hiding to greet me when i normally come home, or when its near feeding time... infact as long as i walk past the tank one of my puffers would follow me from one end to the other...
when i got my sen. bichir i would sit in front of my tank to watch him/her and eventually i put my finger to the glass and he followed it all over the tank where ever my finger went he followed
All fish have the same amount "personality" or whatever you want to call their natural behaviors. Outgoing ones are considered to have more personality, like oscars.
I would have to say my new fahaka puffer. He is the first puffer I have ever had but I became a huge fan really quick, he follows me around the room watching what I do and after just a few days he is takeing ghost shrimp from my hand.
my clown knife has the most personality and he is my favorite... he was just a tiny baby of 4 inches when i bought him...Now monster size but still growing i like the way he acknowledges my presense when i walk into the room.. He comes out of his big white tunnel cave and growls at me.. He is the light in my fish room..lol
My Oscar will also follow you around the tank, he has even learned to see me from the back. There is only like .5" of water above my background But I notice that he some how knows I am there and follows me If I stand by the sump he just floats there until I move. I can only see his fin, so I am not sure how he knows I am there.
My Texas tries to attack what ever you put up to the tank, be it your finger, face or a spoon.
