I'll start. My Jardini arowana is very aggressive. I got it at 6 inches. I picked it over the other jardinies I saw because it was not shy and it was very healthy, active and had great finage and coloration. Ever since I bought it, I don't recall it being shy. The fish store had already gotten it use to people and when I bought it, that carried on with me. Now at 18 inches, it's always hyper as ever - chasing anyone who is in front of the tank. It associates people with feeding time. It likes to bite the filter from time to time and it also does something that really annoys me. It likes to rub its eyes up against the glass when chasing people around. In the past, this has caused it to get cloudy eye. So I treated it by covering the tank, keeping the water very clean, and always cleaning the glass every other day. So far, the cloudy eye hasn't come back yet. Overall, My Jardini is my favorite arowana. Not shy at all since day one!
