what happened esse the heat packs turned cool? forgot to say to have the guaranteed 10;30am delivery when its cold dang ups will make it There last stop !!!!!!!if you dont. keep us updated!Did you get next day air?I did on all the stuff i order from rapps.ya you had to and it was ups last stop from looking at the time you posted!Take a pic of the dead one on your digital with date time.

I don’t know. I ordered last night. The box showed up at 1:00 pm. took it right to the tank to float for 15-20 min. Way too late for one he look like he was dead for a while. The other looks like he has red blotches on his body, if I had to guess I would think ammonia burns or burns of some sort. The water was nice and warm. This is my first time mail ordering so I don’t know what to think.
