If that's the case then why all the mysterious e-mail, cash up front, no eta, no pics, and when I ask he says I don't want to sell to you? Just seems like a huge waste of time if you ask me. Ohh well like you said more fish for you. Just can't figure out why a doctor would sweat a lawyer for $20.00 lol

He asked for deposit to eliminate flaker and avoid bring back thing that he doesn't need. He doesn't put a gun to your head to ask for your money, so if you're not comfortable to do business, keep your money. A lawyer should know better that making accuse without fact could be consider as slander!

Also, if he's taking money through paypal, you can file a complaint if you never get any fish and get your money back?
