I've recently experienced another one...
I saw an ad on craigslist, and promptly emailed the guy asking certain questions, etc. He emailed me back in a pretty small amount of time answering all of my questions, and I informed him that I am, and I quote "Extremely interested" in this 55g tank he was selling, along with stand and accessories all for $75.
I told him I was going to go down and get it that weekend, which was two days away, and told him I would ask the day before I leave for directions. The next day, the day before I am going to go pick it up, I open my email to send him a message asking for directions, and I notice an email from the guy... I open it up and it reads "My daughter has decided not to sell the tank. "

At least he notified you.
The notification was appreciated, but the uncertain nature of the whole thing irks me. If you aren't completely sure you want to get rid of something don't put an effing ad on craigslist so someone like me who needs what you are selling can see it and get their hopes up only to be let down the day before.
I feel a bit sorry for the guy actually... It wasn't really his fault, it was his daughters. He probably felt a little embarrassed.

2.) Slow drivers
3.) People who take prams into restaurants or shops

5.) Screaming teenage girls

7.) People who break on the highway when there really is no need for it

12.) People who don't take care of their appearance. I don't expect everyone to look like a page out of a fashion magazine, but come on! Running a brush through you hair won't kill you.

my pet peeve is coworkers that eat gas producing foods at lunch and then fart all afternoon. farting is not part of a healthy work environment...lol
