Pet salmon and trout

I know a guy in WA state that has his own trout pond in his backyard, pretty cool. They were all huge for rainbows. They ranged around 9-12 lbs. He saud they were pretty to take care of. He fed them pellets.

12lbs rainbow trout...yeah right...

12 lb rainbows aren't that uncommon...

Those are broodstock released into a local lake in ellensberg washington

A big one they can get big and need space to swim

Of course rainbow get that big..... most of the time, they're called steelhead though.
