50,000 to buy out a business with great operation is a good deal. The only problem is that place has a lot of dry goods and maybe to many compared to pics of the tanks. I dont know the area.

it's $50,000 plus cost of inventory. That's not that great of a deal IMO. You're really just buying the location.

If the location is good and the business is well it is still worth it. The inventory might be a lot but. The cost to buy out an existing business is usually a lot more then just 50k it is usually close to what they make in a year profit margin. If however the business is going down lately then not worth it. Have to know the background of the business and the business it is doing. So maybe good and maybe not

You have to buy inventory seperate !
And pay lease/rent. hummmmmmmmmmmmm

That store is stuffed full !
IMO -It would cost over $100k just for inventory.
think of cost of fish alone ? I counted over 100 tanks !
then add contents/dry goods of store.

When they say $50k, your buying a name. IMO
some others already post about bad rep. at that store.

all their employees have quit AGAIN!!!! lol. every couple of months they go threw complete turn over on EE's.
they do have a huge, i mean huge dovii, huge bichir and some trippy craws though. i'd take pics, but don't know how to put them on web?? and don't want to hear her screetching voice
