WOW mabye you should shop at PetSmart...I never would have thrown you out of the store...thats outrageous. Okay it's doing what's "best for the business?" are you all sure about that? Let's examine that situation. Were I the manager here's what I would have thought -
possibility 1 - this dude is stealing...okay well I caught it the guy...he probably won't try it again. No reason to throw him out of the store.
possibilty 2 - this dude ISNT stealing. He made a MISTAKE. I can help him get what he needs and he'll be a happy customer, probably tell his friends what a great store this is...good for all!
OOOORRRRRR....I could throw the dude out - LOSE A SALE, LOSE HIS BUSINESS IN THE FUTURE and HAVE HIM HIT THE INTERNET TELLING EVERYONE WHAT AN A*HOLE I WAS AT THIS STORE.
