PETA: Shark Attack Victims Deserve It - 5

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
PETA is not stupid, this particular idea is stupid. PETA's overall aim is give animals rights. Considering we are all animal-lovers on this site, to one extent or another, you all should appreciate the idea that PETA wants your fish to have the legal right to be properly cared for, or not confined to tanks that are cruel/ too small/ overstocked.

read up on peta young grasshoppers, they've pulled the wool over your eyes.

ps, peta doesn't want your fish to be properly cared for, they want you not to have any period

No PETA woudl prefer you to not have any pets, nor would you use any animal products as food or clothing, nor woudl you be able to garner power from wind, water, or earth as they all affect animal/fish/bird migrations. You would not be able to drive on the road or even own a car as the roads impede against animal rights such as deer who we hit constantly on the road. The list goes on. PETA is a terrorist organization so far as I am concerned (and yes I have had PETA members attack a lab I worked at and try to attack me before so dont give me any grief on that one)

I think they have their billboard backwards; it's supposed to be PETA (People Eating Tasty Animals) rather than AETP (Animals Eating Tasty People). In a seriousness, PETA is just the public arm of a much more sinister network of animal rights activists, so I find it hard to support any of their campaigns.

Thank you, mshill gives people too much credit.

by not helping paul watson i'd just be doing my part to help his vision come true, lol

We need to radically and intelligently reduce human population to fewer than one billion.

there's currently almost 7 billion people on earth

He actually said that? I mean, yes, the world is way too overpopulated, but, at the same time, you can't just start killing off people a la Holocaust Part 2 and expect to make the world a better place. Part of the problem with the overpopulation is the whole "People having a general concern for people in times of need," since we as a society seem to be eager to help out groups of people in need (be it here or other countries), but that's going to lead to a very political discussion, so I'll just leave it at that. Anyone up for a game of natural selection rather than survival of everyone?

I would ask for you to do a bit more investigation before you defend peta

That organization is nothing but a sham to rape and pillage money for selfish motives. Also run by a very crazy lady.

I've seen plenty of vegan surfers get chomped. People taste awful to sharks, they only attack out of desperation for food or mistake. Only the pelagic white tip seems to be an avid man eater, but that's because it lives where food is sparsely found.

I've given up on the idea of vegetarianism in people after I found out that there's a plant that can eat rats. When plants start eating small mammals it's okay for us to do the same, and it's happened several times.

I have to greatly disagree with the overpopulation myth.

The reality is that there is supression of free energy for the sake of profit. The reality is that there is mass corruption in many levels of govt. worldwide which directly leads to huge issues with quality of life. Look in africa for example at how some regimes have bankrupted their nation by sucking it dry thereby causing the massive destruction.

Look at the horrible things being done in terms of sourcing energy that need not ever have happened, such as the underwater oil well spewing oil. Heck we do not even need to use oil. There are many other sources of clean renewable energy out there. Only problem is that big compnanies can not make money from them.

For example choose a vid here to watch

I always try to avoid posting on threads about PETA, since I never have anything nice to say about them. But this comment made me choke on my drink. PETA doesn't want you to be keeping fish at all. They don't want you to eat animals or use products that have animals in them. They're also filled with idiots :)
