I ordered a stand online for my 125 on the 8th and after confirmation by both email and phone call on the 9th my ordered was cancelled on 10th. I was called on 9th and after calling back to speak with represenative to verify my order which she failed to do resulted in my order cancelled. I never got an email or phone call so today I found out. I spoke to manager after manager and it seemed to everyone I spoke to they thought I was at fault but after expressing their representative messed up after the first manager told me it was a trainee I spoke to on the phone that dropped the ball. I would rather pay $500 more from someone else to ever order something from them. Plus I will never shop there again with spending probably close to $2500 in pet supplies there in the past two years. They only offered me a 10% for the messup but I declined not feeling they are confident. They placed a hold on my card which they aren't willing to assist by calling them. I am writing a nice letter with all the managers name to the CEO expressing how I will no longer buy from them but from Petsmart and local LFS. I told them to simply do rush a reorder with 10% discount but they said no they won't do which I felt was outrageous. Yes shipping cost on their part would be higher but it was their fault.
