I can understand not wanting to buy online anymore but why stop shopping at the local petco if the employees are nice to you there?
Customers often have an overwhelming sense of entitlement, they screwed up, they didn't know who you had talked to or what had happened, and by the time they did you refused to take their offer to fix things. They cannot rush order things like that anyway. All in all you didn't lose any money and no harm was done. Meanwhile someones day is getting ruined and they may lose their job just because you had to mention them by name and file a customer complaint, because god forbid your order got canceled because of a trainee.

Trainee or not my time is valuable and I spent an hour and half on Sunday trying to figure out what happen on the phone. Total well over 3 hours in process and if anyone who owns a business or works in professional world understands time is money. I respect anyone's opinion but petsmart is my new option except the stand.
