I went to PetCo the other day to pick up some Hikari pellets and I noticed a post it note on one of their tanks. The note read "Adopt Out, Ask How" The guy there said someone brought them in and didn't want them, so PetCo was going to give them away. I figured what the heck and picked them up. As the clerk was bagging them a PetCO employee comes up and says "your're buying my convicts?" Turns out the PetCo employee was keeping this breeding pair of cons with Angelfish, and he wanted to get rid of them because they were "biting off the angelfishes veals"... not veils, but veals. I donated a dollar and adopted them both, they are looking great now, and will look even better once they get a good diet and better water. They are both about 2 inches long, and are currently in a 10 gal until the 30 gal is cycled. Enjoy the pics....
