Not as bad as petsmart (such an ironic name). I've had them refuse to sell me fish because one employee remembered I had an oscar. What they didn't seem to understand is that I had a 50 gallon water tank, and a 50, 20 and 10 gallon aquarium. I guess they thought there were fishy doors between them.

I had a similar problem with my very first tank, went to the local petshop and the they wouldnt sell me a 3cm electric yellow cause they said it would my fiances tetras went to a different store found a bigger electric yellow and no tetra was harmed unfortunately haha
