Petco never disappoints…

If I had the tank space I would have bought all 3 in there just to keep someone else from doing it…one day I’ll have a tank devoted to them!
Though in all fairness, the fish were all pretty healthy, wound up getting a Mexican dwarf crayfish and anubias. Also pretty healthy at another petco I recently visited to get an emerald crab. Just someone needs to do something about those cards…

I can forgive the ignorance of 20 gallons for a lep…based on their current size. Or that 8 inches is a minimum, not average.
It’s just hilarious that an 8 inch fish is fine for a 20…

Petco is the reason I have my common pleco. I was younger and didn't know a thing about plecos. I forgot what kind of pleco they called it, but they told me it only gets to about 6 inches. I stopped going to petco. Petco Pleco.

The place I work at gets some of their fish from the same vendor as Petco. They come in nice and healthy. But IME the misinformation at Petco is just...awful. Most fish I've gotten from them were labeled and explained to me incorrectly. I've always wondered if it's just all Petcos.

20g? WTF? I had a 14”er in a 180 and it seemed tight
