oh ok so midas madness what kinds of foods should i feed to bring out his reds more? and ripdevil with some fish i do like the colors of the wild caughts better but with oscars i really like the tiger morph with the lots of red in it

I like hikari gold and biogold, krill, if you look on the label and find Canthaxantin or astaxanthin it will bring out his reds.
They feed them color enhancers which can turn all fish male if fed for long enough 
But as a juvenile usually their color is remarkable, than it gets bland for like 4-5 months and than as adults its amazing but when they get old its bad again

ok good yeah i plan on feeding hikari gold as staple so thats good to hear it helps and then i was thinking of adding freeze dried shrimp and occasional worms/crickets for treats
