i work there and we don't, know one who actually knows what there taking about working in a pet store would. Buuttt... it is CORPRATE and sense when did corporations care about anything but profits.
for god sakes we are also required to keep Effing cold water fish in EFFING heated tanks because "its that way on the plan-o-gram!
corporations don't care about using sweat shop labor they sure as hell wont care about overcrowding fish!
i never buy fish from us, they are breed for profit and have genetic deformities.

I work for a huge corporation, I really doubt they'll reply with anything other then a PC response that will be good enough to cover their asses. That's what we would do. After all, what do they care. Your one person, who to them just sounds like some liberal hippy. THEY DON'T CARE!
