Also makes it easy to turn down a sale where they will actually loose money on. Again, after you go through all the regs, it elliminates pretty much everything. The reserving the right to refuse honoring after already admitting there will most likely be hidden fees is just the final nail in the coffin.

The regs are pretty standard, but happen to be the things you are most interested in (so that stinks). However, it just isn't logical to expect a retail store to sell something at such deep discount that they loose money on your order... that's just not a good business plan.
