I know petsmart does price adjustments within 60 days (I believe) if the product goes on sale, but will they still credit me if used this coupon?

If you mean you wanted to credit the coupon towards a sale item that is not yet on sale then no, you had to have used it those 4 days. Sorry for the late response! It's a special and can't be used on any other dates.
