I had the same problem. It turns out I had to go to the website and follow the link instead of going to App Store.
do you use android or IOS?

I have IOS, i found out the problem, I had to update to the lastest IOS software. It works now.

Years ago,,, 2... I got a 120 on Black Friday from there with a Fluval aqua sky light for ~$350....

best deal there these days is the 125g for $400...

last Black Friday, got a 120/150.. gave me$100 off or something...

whats the fine print on the coupon ?

Doesn't have any it says x% off on one item. I used 25% off coupon to buy filter, didn't stack them. Seems like PetSmart system is flawed though.
