Petsmart aros

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Yeah they weren't special orders, they were the tags for them like with the info and stuff and the ones they didn't have in stock, the card didn't have a sku, and the ones they did had a sku on them.

I know this one had to have actually had them because they are so slow to put the cards up that they never put the cards up on the bolivian rams until they were sold out. They still havn't put the card up for the tri spotted cichlid. So when the sku is on the card, they mean business.

I just couldn't believe it. They had the info cards for different strains of discus but there were no skus so those they never had.

at the petsmart up here where i work at, there are picture tags as well.
they came as a package with all the tags. most things we don't even carry at all. i remember just seeing a silver one and a jardini one though.

Yeah i was talking to my buddy today and he showed me a binder of all the fish petsmart ever carried and among the vast number of tetra and platies I found a few interesting fish.

Australian arowana
black arowana
silver arowana
jardini arowana
da da knife fish (I forgot what its called its reaaally long and skinny)
RED TAILED CATFISH (they were 29.99 and said they got to 40")

I thought this was crazy. Does anybody's petsmart actually have these fish in stock on a regular basis?

whats an austrailian aro too? I never heard of that one.

Thought I would share that with you guys.

It they list Jardini and Australian arowana, they could be refering to a Leichardti aro...but I wouldn't think that would be a PetSmart fish.

I've never seen any of these at the PetSmart by me...just your bread and butter fish.

When I use to work for Petsmart and Petco you could only get fish like this that were offered in the Special Order part of the order form and they usually changed every week. And also depending on the time of the year also.
