Never by Chinese Algae eaters, they don't eat algae and attack other fish.

then why do they call it that?
this is the first fish he has went after,and hes eating something.


ok heres the little guy.
i guess he could be the same as my big one
does the grey fade out?hes like half and half.you can kinda see it in the pic with flash.

Because when small ''chinese algae eaters'' eat algae this tends to change as they mature.
both are P.senegalus

His color might darken up.

yea they are definetly both senegalus.......... found that mine had a lighter color when he was on white sand and then when i moved him to natural colored gravel he turned darker........
