I wouldn't even waste my breath. printout the BGK profile/care from a few different online sources, get the employee/manager name first, then tell them to read it and you are sending a CC to corporate!
and the reason , IMO, that they claim ick is present everywhere is for an excuse when BGK's die of it at home bcuz THEY put them in infected tanks with other species instead of ick-free QT tanks for scaleless species.
I'll never get another one from there. they can LOOK fine & breakout immediately at home.
SO hard to save them! especially when very small.
