Because they are man-made garabage. I think they one crap fish. I like my fish WILD. I don't like fish that are cross bred and then made to look like that. Yuck! What an ugly thing. And then take a look at the price tag. Comeon? I mean almost $20 for a 2-4'' and then $40- and up for a 5-8''? Yuck!
I guess hybrids just aren't for me. I only like the tsnxrtc to be honest.
If they sell them they should only be red devil or convict price at MAX.:banhim::banher::WHOA:

Haters gonna hate. Unless all your fish are wild caught that is a hypocritical statement lol. Blood Parrots make too much money, they will never stop selling them. Just like dirty dirty Jack Dempseys.

The fish can make parrot shaped hybrids on their own if the owners just so happen to put the right combination of the fish in the tank. Unless you catch all of your own fish your average inbred lfs fish is no more 'wild' than a fancy goldfish. If you don't like the look of them and don't want to pay for them then don't buy them. They are very friendly fish and a joy to keep, but I guess they aren't up to everyones standards.

I personally don't like hybrids, but to each their own but you cant say they're all garbage but at the same say that the rtc x tsn are okay.
