Petsmart price matching w/ coupon code

Has anyone been successful pricematching at Petsmart using a coupon code? I tried pricematching at my local Petsmart and the manager won't accept the discounted price w/ the code. I e-mailed customer service & am waiting for their reply.

It has been my experience that Petsmart will match their own website pricing, but not other websites. I'm not sure if this is what you're asking though.

I don't think you can double dip on pricematches and discounts..

Like trying to pricematch something then bust out the competitor Petco coupon for another 10% off..

Either that or the store is tired of getting taken advantage of and the corps are getting on their case about discount dollars..

Yes i have used price match with out any problems at 2 different petsmart stores in my area. I use price match once a month to get a couple bags of hikari pellats every month and i have purchased equipment without problems as well.

Petsmart does price matching but only from their website. That by itself is already a huge discount if you ask me. They do not accept discount codes because like you Miles said, it is double dipping and bordering on taking a loss. Hell, with the discount you are saving from the online price plus your discount code, you should be able to afford the minimal shipping price they charge and still save yourself a couple of bucks from the taxes and pricier retail price.

I just take my Drs Foster & Smith catalog with me to the store & they match that,, for anything. Can't beat it. In fact I keep a copy in my truck & my wife’s car. LOL You never know when you might need to stop by.

Petsmart will price match any price no if ands or butts. If they don't tell their cooperate office. It has been their store policy forever to price match any advertised price from anywhere.
