Yeah something kept telling me to go to the Petsmart that's further away from me, lucky I did because I snagged up the last 2 Red Texas they had.

Your lucky the local petsmarts by me sells the closest things to red Texas or flowerhorns are well oscars ahahaha

Here's my petsmart rt. He's 3 inches.hasn't faded yet.

Just got one last night. It's around 2 inches. Has a lot of pearling and red, hope it peels one day . I like following these threads it's fun to see how these fish turn out. It's what made me decide to get one.

That looks like a red texas to me, one that will fade nicely too.
