Yes Purple Rose Queen is another name for it. They typically stay that color.

That picture doesn't really show the quality off, but typically good quality purple rose queens have a almost purplish red tint in their whole body with even their fins red. I would say the best way to describe the color is a orange fushia. I have an adult. Lol nobody that sees it can describe the color. Well hopefully this is a female. my boy is 7" and has a nice bump
