Petsmart "tri mac" getting bigger and more color.......

I have several hundred grow out ZZ flowerhorn X texas fry right now. About 10 of them are almost 2 inches and showing a ton of pearling and red in the fins. Just wondering when I could expect the red in the throat area to start coming out. Thanks!
