The Petsmarts near me allow price matches. When I went last week to get a price match on an Emperor 400 HOB, using me as an example, the manager, training a new employee, told her that they only allow price matches from the company site and that the customer needs to bring in the printout. Whoo for getting an Emperor 400 for $42.99 instead of their $75 in store price! 
The Petcos around me refuse to match prices anymore, even though they use to not too long ago. Their reasoning, the manager told me that internet prices are cheaper because the price does not include shipping yet.

mine pricematches anyones ad although im sure im single handedly making them reconsider their policy :0
yeah there's no clear policy on this. each store is different. just last night my petsmart price matched to DFS on two items. they even price matched once with some randome website i found lol!
Hmmm...I remember someone posted how they stopped price matching other sites and will only price match their online stores. Guess they went back.
I've price matched at half a dozen PetSmarts around here, even from crappy printouts from sketchy sites. I still have a printout for XP3's as $105 a piece (made copies
