PETSOLUTIONS - online store - any good?

Ive ordered fish from them twice. The first time every fish came in alive and one died about 10 days later, I just contacted them about their 14 stay alive guarantee and they refunded my money for that fish. The second time again every thing showed up alive except one shrimp but i didn't bother since it was only 89 cents.
 
I order my spare parts, food and chemicals online. Never had any issue and the delivery is fast. One thing I do like is everytime I order over a $100 bucks they through some freebies in.

I've had great luck with them. I've ordered many fish through them and tons of supplies. They've got insanely fast shipping (for me at least). I always go with the cheapest shipping plan (they say 10-15 days) and I normally get my stuff within 3-5.
They also have great customer service when it comes to their live fish. Whenever I've had issues they'll always either replace or refund the fish with little-to-no questions asked.

Great company. I've never ordered fish, but I've bought thousands of dollars worth of equipment/supplies and always had excellent service, especially when there was a problem.
