Being a lifelong bears fan I've seen more than my share of bad quarterbacks and Hanie is terrible. I'm 10x more surprised Hanie is still in the league than I am about manning going to Denver. Denver has a better chance with Elway at 50 than with Hanie

I think he has potential. Good arm strength and good mobility. He needs to get use to NFL speed. Maybe you are right, maybe he will always be bad in the NFL. They needed to pick someone up with NFL experience though. Manning has a huge work ethic and takes up as much practice time as he can, so a rookie QB would not get the reps needed.
