Ok I recently picked up 3 Cuban's for my 75gl, first time dealing with this species, I heard they thrive in slightly hard water 7.0 -8.0 I have sand substrate, with lava rock & two pieces drift Wood, anyway I jumped the gun & ordered a 8" Texas holey rock to raise the ph, I tested the ph yesterday & it was 7.6 most likely cause when I preform weekly water changes I had sea salt as well, so my question is should I add the holey rock & skip the salt or just leave things be? I don't want to raise the ph too much & throw things off?
