Pharaoh's New Fish Room Build

You guys are so spoiled. 
I should have made you wait a lot longer between each update. Unfortunately, you guys are fairly up to speed with where I am at in the fish room. I've been waiting on parts, rewiring to make things appear cleaner and cleaning out the fish room to open up some funds for expansion.
We are considering a renovation of the downstairs area. Should we proceed, I will potentially be putting a wall up between the two halves of the basement. This would give me another wall for fish tanks. I'm figuring about 6-8 more tanks.
I am also looking at adding another rack on the other side of the room. Following my current design, there would be room for an additional 24 tanks on the wall.

I'm running a dehumidfier. I want to say it is a 35 pint machine. I don't really remember though. Keeps my humidity at about 27-30% and does not run constantly. I believe the lids help tremendously in eliminating unnecessary humidity in the room.
the air pump system is great, and for us newbies i don't mind waiting for updates,,,,, oh where those tanks tempered or not?
