yeah, I don't think that it will be an issue so long as its an occasional supplementary thing. Feeding CGD primarily is best to avoid MBD and other diseases IMO. You know how to check her calcium sacs?

I think those worms are fine as long as they don't make up a bulk of the diet. I have a friend who breeds cresteds and he feeds them to his when they're getting ready to breed and lay eggs.

That sounds fine. Of course the cheaper alternative would be gut-loaded, dusted crickets.

I don't want to have to mess with crickets. And a good majority of the rest of the worms are going to my fish.
