None of them are edited except for some cropping..

The scorpion was edited to remove a bit of dirt from his holding container..

Good job then sir....... Little things like PS or lightroom will make a huge difference once you are ready to jump into that aspect of Photography....I hated it and wanted nothing to due with editting pics...But eventually it will be amust.....You'll beablt to due so much with your RAW pics it's unreal really what can be done....I would suggest going this route soon.....

An external flash will be your best bet for pics man...even more so than tripod....

Other than that-Jcardonia has given some great advice......I'm unfamilar with Nikon alltogether......

But other than that man...it's just going to be alot pf practice and getting to know your setting for the right conditions.....

Thanks for the advice.. I think ill get the Flash and Tripod as well before i go in for a new lens...

It going to take some time to figure out what settings to use when as i use only manual settings.. I have Lightroom, now i have to figure out how to use it...

More pics coming soon...

Yeah that flash has helped me the greatest...And if one was told..it's like photography for dummies man..makes setting your setting damn near impossibly to screw up......

Just remember when in manual and have enough light....low ISO,medium Fstops.....And moderate shutters (1/80 and greater-unless going for blur of course)....

Of course hit up aquatic photography.....
