i was actually supposed to be going on an ice fishing trip last weekend but the ice was out but not enough open water to put the boat in. sucked cause i was looking forward to it. ooh well weve got another nice trip coming in march to redwing for waleye. got a local hotspot to pull out 19-21" largemouths for during the week activities.

there is alrady one ther by the OP, he wanted to see if us native keepers could do better
 
I see, I can honestly say I can't do better. I fish often but big fish for me are few and far between.
 
3-5-09 just picked up a new medium weight 6'0" berkley cherrywood pole and an abu garcia 102 reel with a spool of 14lb berkley line, hopefully i will get a chance to pull a couple grubs and crank baits and show you some nice walleyes after this weekend.
