id go with 12K and actinics. They dull the white just enough to keep the yellow out as the bulbs age, and with actincs you have plenty of blue. it would be best to get a 6500 K halide and supplement with plenty of actincs and 20K T5 bulbs. This will finisht the tank with a nice crisp blue color, and you dont sacrifice any growth in the tank.
