He'll be picking me up from work tomorrow, gonna go on a food run then to his house to feed his and my fish, so ill get several as detailed shots as i possibly can
 
Aha! Finally got over to his house, anyone have any idea what kind this is? To me and my buddy it looks like the azul, simply by comparing to the ojuvi ID thread.

that pic was taken shortly after introduction to the tank so it probably is stressed there, it was properly acclimated. its housed right now with a endli bichir, african butterfly fish, and ropefish. it eats livebearers, mollies guppys platys. It hasnt been acting weird my buddy says but neither of us have cichla exp. any help/tips would be greatly appreciated
