Ya I got to strip a reseal the whole tank, there is alot of algae growth under the silicone. Funny thing is, the guy I got it from had know idea where it was leaking from. He though maybe somewhere on the bottom backside
I swear next good deal i see on a tank i'm getting it. I miss out on the 2 good deals ever seen in Nebraska. A 90 gallon for $20 and a 125 for $50. Every other tank has been 150 + and none of them that cheap over 75 gallons.
You figure out what you are doing with it when you get it re-sealed?
Man i have the same tank in my living room and i got it from a friend for free leaking as well. I really like it cause it a good size and and it fits right in the corner and out of the way. i wanted to make mine a planted but the hood these have holds a funny 16 1/2 inch light and they are rather tall so you need a good amunt of watts. i tried some swords and a few moss's but they never took of. They do make a glass top for it but its hinged in the middle and you would have to remove the light everytime you feed the fish. I think the maker is perfecto if you need any parts and they call it a 46 pentagon. I resealed mine with GE I about 6 years ago and its still holding fine but I dyed the seal blue with some meds and now i wish I would have used black silicone. This is not a good pic but its all i have right now
