very nice pickup. why are you feeding them just live food? Live doesn't necessarily make them grow faster, simply feeding them a lot will do that. Live food just makes them VERY aggressive, but it's also really bad for most fish. I never really fed my bichirs live food, it was always a very, very rare treat. Ghost shrimp however....THOSE are phenomenal live foods.
Live food doesn't make fish more aggressive(I feed my monster fish(s), live all the time). Feeding alot doesn't make them grow faster either(can cause bloat if they can't digest it fast). If you want fast growth on fish, you'll need to feed it food with good nutrient and high protein. Waterchanges and tank sizes and other factors also affect the growth of your fish.

Not by choice really. my new Tat is really thin and seems to take feeders at night. The Tat was alone in the tank which is now divided....I am trying to bulk up the tat to join my other.....The Delhezi has no place else to go for a few weeks. I buy feeders twice a week and will feed the poly krill and silversides frozen just like the AT in between. Soon no feeders. My large tank has never seen a live feeder ever.

Nice del. It seems it has a large chest!! LOL LOL!!!

I wish the poly was not such a pig! The tat in the tank is too thin to starve onto non-live. Two weeks he should be thick enough to try! This is the first time in years I have bought feeders for anything other than cycling a tank!

Nice fat delhezi. It is captive bred, I have one very similar.

Thanks. i like the fact that they are captive bred! Many of the fish I collect are unfortunately wild caught....Why are the Delhzi so pricey if they are bred???

Nice del buddy,congrats.
